Meet the Team

Joel Daniels the proud husband of Heather and the proud father of his beautiful baby girl, Abigail. He and his wife Heather are both Lee University graduates where Joel got his Bachelor's degree in Pastoral Ministry. Heather achieved her degree in Psychology and has since earned her Master's degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Tennessee. Joel and Heather are passionate about seeing God move in the lives of middle schoolers. They recognize these young people as the hope for the church now. The verse that exemplifies this is the same verse that Fusion, the middle school ministry, holds to; James 1:22 - Do not merely listen to the Word and so deceive yourself; do what it says." The Word is full of examples of young people changing the climate of the world. Joel and Heather's goal is to shape young people, have them sharpen one another, and finally have them share the love of Christ with their community and world.
