Park West Church has a new procedure for reserving rooms and scheduling events/vans/etc... You can now click on "Facility Request Form" under the "Online Services" tab to make your request. On this form, you can request everything from vans, to dvd players and tables & chairs for your event. You can even make a request for an ongoing event or class. Your request will be e-mailed to Camilla. Once it is confirmed that your date is available, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

Please remember that a submitted request is not a guarantee that we will be able to fulfill your request. Your event is not confirmed until you receive correspondence from our staff letting you know that it has been added to our calendar.
