Dear Parents,

The New Year is in full swing, and Park Place Kid's Ministry has some very exciting plans in store! We have been praying, planning, and working on ways to effectively minister to your family. God has some wonderful plans for us as we work together this year!

I want to inform you about our exciting new check-in/out system we will be installing this month. This system is state of the art technology and will speed the process of safely and effectively checking your children in and out of our system. We will be phasing out the scan card/key fob system, and transitioning to fingerprint technology. We are very excited about this program because it will free you from worry about misplacing or forgetting your card and it will help you check your children in and out more efficiently.

We will begin this process on Sunday January 24^th. We will have an extra table set up in the hallway across from Kid's Church where we will assist you in updating your information, security photos, and setting up your fingerprint pass. We are going to break it down alphabetically, and work our way through as quickly and efficiently as possible. The schedule will be as follows:

Please be patient with us as we work through this new phase. If at all possible, we would like for you to arrive 15-20 minutes early on one of your scheduled Sundays to help us expedite this process. We will also be implementing a new, more effective traffic pattern around the rotunda for pick-ups and kiosk usage, and we want you to feel comfortable with this process as well.
