Womble Group
The Womble Care Group is made up of people in their thirties and forties. We meet together twice a month in member's homes. The 2nd Friday of each month we meet together for fellowship where we do fun creative activities. We have a time of praise and worship, with special songs by people within our group. We spend time together in prayer with and for our children and each other. We always include the children in everything we do in our meetings.
The families that attend our group are mostly from North Knoxville around the Halls, Powell, and Fountain City areas. However, anyone is invited to come to our group. We also have adventurous activities planned for the coming years, for instance: camping, hiking, picnics, and some community service as well. We also meet on the last Sunday of each month for lunch. Sometimes we will go out to eat, and sometimes we will have lunch at a park or in a member's home.

To maintain the unity, confidentiality, and opportunity to dialogue, we have requested that our Care Groups have a maximum of 20 members. Because of this request, you may find some groups listed as "Current Members Only" or "Full." They have simply reached their capacity. Please see Stan or Nancy Pippin for more information or for assistance with a care group.
